What a night last night. I'm still worn out.

Nothing worked out as it was supposed to. I ended up chasing my tail in circles for hours yesterday- all the while burning up gas in my car. I was supposed to chill with a friend at the studio and listen to him and his act perform some new music. He got a flat so that didn't work out. Then I was going to peep Perfect Attendance all the way up in Midtown but ran into a snag upon my arrival. Had to jet. In the malaise I totally forgot about Estelle over at Sugarhill, but chances are I wasn't going anyway. Gas is high, folks. I wasn't heading back downtown until it was time to go home. I ended up doing what I had on my schedule all week for Thursday night. I chilled out with ATL "Ghetto Rock" band The Stereographs during a practice session. We had a great time as these pics will show you. So you know what I did today? I scrapped the old mix and did a new Grit's 'n Gravy from scratch. I know I promised to deliver it today, so I am keeping my promise, albeit late. I hope y'all enjoy it. It was bright outside when I started this thing.
